  • Where do you ship to?
    Currently only ship to locations in the United States. No PO Boxes. Shipping Policy We are a small operation and are working very hard to craft a polished product just for you, so we ask you to please allow us some time to process your order prior to shipping. Most in-stock items are able to be shipped in 1-2 business days via the shipping option you choose at checkout. Made-to-order items such as wickless candle tins take about 3 days for processing. All custom orders processing times will vary depending on order.
  • Do you offer gift packaging?
    Got a special someone you would like to share Satori Essentials with? All of our merchandise can be dressed extra nicely for that special occasion, just let us know. Request for gift packaging can be submitted in the comment section with your order.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We generally accept PayPal and debit/credit cards issued by all major banks. We also accept Google Pay, Apple Pay, and in-person payment options.
  • What do I do if I have a question that is not listed on this page?
    Oh don't you worry! Just submit your question via the "Contact Us" page with your question/inquiry as subject and we will get back to you ASAP! If it is urgent, please do send a text to 253-905-5090.
  • What is your return policy?
    Return & Exchange Policy We pour our heart into every candle, so we hope that you love them as much as we do. Due to the unique nature and craft process of our product, all merchandise is final sale. However, we understand that life is not always perfect, so if you are not 100% satisfied, please follow up with us and we will try to work something out for you. Note that in order for your claim to be eligible, you need to reach out to us within the first week after receiving your order. Additionally, if you suspect a defect or damage, an item could be eligible for an exchange.
